About me..

Khadijah brings over a decade of experience spanning design operations, design systems, AI-driven personalization, animation, illustration, and learning and development. She operates at the intersection of design, product, and engineering, leading large-scale programs that shape how teams build, scale, and deliver high-quality user experiences.

Khadijah is a strategic operator and a natural storyteller who translates complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives that align teams, influence leadership, and drive meaningful outcomes. This ability to connect story with systems is especially critical in the evolving landscape of AI and emerging technologies.

​

In her current work, Khadijah drives operational strategy across complex platform ecosystems, supporting more than 80 designers and overseeing more than 200 active programs across domains including Design Systems, AI and agentic personalization, Risk and Identity, and Common Platforms. She partners closely with executive leadership to build scalable operating models, streamline workflows, and elevate the impact of design at an enterprise level.

Her passion lies in creating systems that unlock creativity by establishing clarity, fostering cross-functional alignment, and enabling teams to do their best work. She is deeply committed to advancing inclusive and equitable design practices and building environments where diverse perspectives can thrive.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Graphics and a Master’s degree in Animation and Visual Effects. She is also a graduate of Don Bluth University

Beyond her work in tech, Khadijah is a published illustrator and author with a focus on storytelling that celebrates and uplifts the Black experience through joy, authenticity, and cultural richness.
